Each topic will discuss the timing of surgical intervention, the presurgical orthodontic treatment, the use of Invisalign versus traditional orthodontic appliances, and the use of orthopedic devices for growth modulation. Each topic will also touch on growth and development and how it affects both orthodontic and surgical decision making.
